Hi! Really awesome work! I want to purchase and use this and some other pixel art that you have made in a commercial project of mine. I wanted to check the license under which you are selling your assets?
Also can I modify the assets to suit my project after I but them?

You are free to do any kind of modification. You can use in any amount of your projects. Credits are not required.
You can't resell and redistribute.
